Manini has been in business since 2001, where 8 years of that business experience was with running her own successful civil construction company.  Manini’s proficiency in project management led her to the birth of her company which co-ordinates and manages events. The opportunity of organising The Royal Marula function/Umkhosi Wamagano in 2011 for the Zulu Royal House confirmed that she was on the right direction.
