The firm was founded by attorney Alvena Govender in 2019. Being registered with the Estate Board of South Africa, they offer conveyancing services, as well as the array of associated services such as property evaluation, property listing, marketing and property sales, negotiating the sale, bond registration, property transfer and paying the seller the proceeds of the sale.
