Enolin Holdings (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2013 by Enock and Linah Mthembu to serve the people of Charlottedale and surrounds in the KwaDukuza area. It originally consisted of a butchery and shisanyama, with a restaurant, called Zenzele B&R, a later addition.

Enolin’s butchery sells meat and related items, with an option for patrons to braai the meat in a dedicated area and also to eat in the sheltered or open seated area.
