Makhasikhasi Catering, trading as The Hungry People Kitchen, is a food outlet at Maphumulo’s new taxi rank. The Hungry People Kitchen sells traditional meals such as tripe, inhloko, liver, stiff pap, phuthu and traditionally prepared beef and chicken.
Chief cook, and owner Bonakele Sithole serves breakfast and lunch for taxi drivers and commuters from a customized kitchen the meals can also be enjoyed in a designated seating area.
