Lady Ubuhlalu consists of ten black females who specializes in the making and selling of hand-crafted, yet modern wooden bead jewellery, including necklaces, bracelets and earrings.
The ladies, under the leadership of Nelisiwe, also use safety pins and teething beads, called “imfibinga” in Zulu and found in river beds in KZN, to make classy and elegant accessories and jewellery.
