Siyakula Bonginkosi Ncube is the founder of Law & Labour Advisors. Bonginkosi holds a BA Degree in Industrial Sociology from the University of Zululand and a B Com Honours in Industrial Relations from UKZN. He is currently studying towards a Masters in Human Resource Management at UKZN.

The Law & Labour Advisors was founded in the area of Maphumulo, Mthandeni Area . The enterprise was previously known as Siyakhula Communication and has been in existence for almost 4 years, operating informally.

It specialises in labour law advice to workers in the informal sector and to the social entrepreneurs, including start-up businesses. It also provides Labour Law and Industrial Relations training.
