Linda Ntuli spent 25 years as an Educator and School Inspector with the KZN DofE, and in 2016 decided to pursue his own business ventures. A training project in Mpumalanga allowed Linda an opportunity to purchase a mobile trailer on auction, which he modified into a mobile kitchen, selling fast foods and traditional meals.

And Lindaz Kitchen was born.

Returning from the bigger town of Witbank to the smaller rural town of Maphumulo, he needed to change his strategy; new partners, robust branding & marketing and a change in menu. In Witbank pork and pap dominated menus, but with cultural and religious beliefs being different to that of KZN, a lot had to change. Lindaz Kitchen’s core menu items are now Fish & Chips and traditional meals.
