Indrani Govender is the founder of Ricniz Construction. Ricniz Contruction was established in 2007 as 100% black female owned company, with a presence in KZN and Johannesburg. Ricniz Contruction have expanded their services from construction to include electrical and telecommunications.

Ricniz Contsruction is registered with the NHBRC, MBA, ECA, ECB, CIDB and CSD. Recniz Construction also has an import and export licence and supplies services and goods regionally, nationally and internationally.
