Sandra is the founder and Managing Director of Sandra Gold Consulting (Pty) Ltd (SGC), a Recruitment and Talent Advisory firm that focuses on the Manufacturing and Mining Industries in Southern Africa.

Sandra founded SGC at the age of 24 and her vision was clear; to create a modern talent advisory firm that will create feasible employment opportunities, eradicate youth unemployment and bridge the diversity & Inclusion gap in the Southern African job market. Prior to founding her own recruitment agency, Sandra worked for the likes of Unilever South Africa, ADvTECH Resourcing, Robert Walters PLC and ConinghamLee in Executive Search, Internal Recruitment and core HR.
