Born on a farm, Nosipho’s love and interest for farming and food production was ignited.  Having passed Matric, Nosipho did short courses in sugarcane farming and plant production. With qualifications behind her, she opened her business, Ubucwibi Agriculture (PTY) LTD, an organic vegetable planting scheme.

With the intention to develop her own business, Nosipho has a desire to share and develop organic farming skills with the youth in her area.

Nosipho hoes that by 2030 the company will supply fresh organic vegetables and processed mixed vegetables nationally and internationally via Dube Trade Port.
