Trevor Graham, despite being an Engineer, spent the majority of his 30+ years in various management roles, from first level Manager to Director. He is fully trained in the latest Toyota production systems and production management methods emanating from Japan, primarily. He has extensive experience in manufacturing and Lean Production Systems.

Trevor is recognised as a committed team player that relates well to people at all levels. He excels in managing diverse teams and has considerable experience in managing staff from Europe, the Middle East, Asia as well as South Africa.

Trevor is currently the Manufacturing Executive at KIC SA (PTY) Ltd, an iLembe Chamber of Commerce Board member and Chairman of the Board of the Isithebe Business Cluster.
