Vino is the Managing Director of LA Consulting Engineers, based in Umhlanga.

Her engineering firm is involved in many graduate programmes and initiatives that aid and assist the unemployed youth by bridging the gap between industry and the academia.

Alongside her profession, Vino is also recognised internationally as a mentor to women owned businesses. She has scooped multiple national and international awards for the role she plays in mentoring and uplifting women from all walks of life.

Vino is an international speaker and panellist addressing issues that affect women in the workplace. Her contribution to social upliftment and humanitarian work has resulted in her recognition as a Global Goodwill Ambassador.

Vino is the co-founder of the NPO Usizo Empowerment. She serves on numerous national and international Boards, both as a Board member and Trustee. She encourages women to rise above their circumstances, speaking from her own personal experiences and trauma over the years.  She is a proud mum to her only son. She lives by the motto – LOVE ALL and SERVE ALL and the HANDS That SERVE Are HOLIER Than the LIPS That PRAY.
